Celebrating its 19th year in 2026, the five-day epicurean event is designed to showcase the palate-pleasing talents of the locally-owned, independent restaurants of Sarasota and Manatee Counties, highlighted by a distinguished cast of international winery owners and winemakers.

Sarasota-Manatee Originals is a community collaborative of independent restaurateurs and culinary innovators committed to uniting the energies of local restaurants and celebrating the food that’s indigenous to our Gulf-coastal lifestyle. Forks & Corks is the organization’s largest annual event and fundraiser.
